Man United latest transfer news: Who could be a good fit for the interim role for Manchester United?
Man United latest transfer news: The appointment of an interim boss might not be a shrewd decision from Manchester United at this stage of the season. On top of that, if the temporary manager will have to work with the group of coaches that the Red Devils have at the moment then that will not be promising news for the Old Trafford faithful.
Kieran McKenna, Michael Carrick and Mike Phelan were involved in the decision making and coaching of the team under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Therefore, these coaching staffs are also responsible for the recent downfall under the Norwegian boss. So, if the interim manager will have to work with them then that might not make any difference in performances.
If the Red Devils hierarchy decide to bring an interim manager then he should be allowed to bring his coaching team in order to implement his philosophy in the squad. However, in that case, if the interim boss does well until the end of this season then the question will arrive whether Manchester United should give him the permanent job or not. Therefore, the Red Devils hierarchy should be looking to hire a permanent boss as soon as possible.
